Whether you’re an experienced driver or just getting started, we offer flexible opportunities to fit your lifestyle—local, regional, and OTR runs available. With Amazon Relay, you’ll run pre-scheduled routes using 26 ft box trucks, no CDL required, and benefit from consistent loads, fast payouts, and simple app-based dispatching. On the hotshot side, we work with pickup trucks and trailers to haul time-sensitive freight across the country, offering high-paying loads and room to grow fast.
We provide full support, from onboarding and safety training to dispatch and maintenance guidance. All we ask is that you bring a strong work ethic, a clean record, and the drive to succeed.

Location also plays a big role—shipments going to or from high-demand areas may command better rates. Additionally, market conditions like fuel prices, equipment availability, and seasonal demand all impact pricing. Specialized equipment or time-sensitive deliveries can often earn premium rates.
